Tom Chase is the Senior Program Manager at Massachusetts Clean Energy Center. Tom has over eight years of experience in the field of green building and climate change adaptation. Tom is a LEED BD+C AP, MVP (Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness Provider), and a CPHC (Certified Passive House Consultant). Tom has been a Board Member at Passive House Massachusetts since May 2020 and was previously the Director of Green Building Services at New Ecology, Inc. from October 2014 to July 2022. Tom has also served on the Cambridge Climate Resilience Zoning Task Force from January 2019 to May 2021 and the Cambridge Climate Committee from August 2015 to July 2022.

Tom Chase has a Master of Environmental Management from Yale School of the Environment, a Master of Arts in Biology from Wesleyan University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Wesleyan University. Tom is certified by the USGBC in LEED AP Homes, by the Passive House Institute US (PHIUS) in Certified Passive House Consultant, by the USGBC in LEED AP BD+C, and by the MA EOEEA in Massachusetts Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness Provider.
