Graziana D'Elia-Brillante is a Professor of Modern Languages at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, a position held since September 2002. In this role, Graziana teaches various levels of Spanish and Italian language, literature, film, and civilization, while also directing a small Modern Languages program, planning curricula, and advising students. Graziana earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Hispanic and Latin American Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from UC Santa Barbara between 1994 and 1998. Additionally, Graziana holds a Laurea in Lingue e Letterature Straniere, specializing in Spanish Language and Literature and Linguistics, from Università Ca'​ Foscari Venezia, completed from 1987 to 1992. Further educational pursuits include studies at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and the University of West London.
