Chia-Lun Jack Tsai is a seasoned research professional with extensive experience in biochemistry and immunology. Currently serving as a Research Team Leader II at Massachusetts General Hospital since August 2005, Tsai focuses on the development of novel targeted protein therapeutics and has worked on projects related to humanized antibodies against human lymphocyte antigens. Prior experience includes a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Harvard Medical School/HHMI from 2003 to 2005, where Tsai investigated the dynamics of chromatin structure and mechanisms of X chromosome inactivation. During graduate studies at Yale University from 1998 to 2003, Tsai explored V(D)J recombination and the biochemistry of the RAG protein complex, including its regulation and target preference during transposition. Tsai holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry/Immunology from Yale University and completed courses at MIT xPRO in 2021.
