Luis Suarez has extensive experience in vascular surgery, currently serving as the Medical Director of the Vascular Diagnostic Laboratory and as a Vascular Surgeon at Massachusetts General Hospital since April 2022. Prior to this role, Luis worked as a Vascular Surgeon and Vascular Fellow at Tufts Medical Center from July 2014 to April 2022, while also holding a position as Assistant Professor of Surgery at Tufts University School of Medicine during the same period. Luis completed a General Surgery residency at Yale New Haven Hospital from July 2008 to June 2014. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from Universidad Central de Venezuela (1998-2004), and degrees in Vascular Surgery and General Surgery from Tufts University School of Medicine and Yale School of Medicine, respectively.
