Neil Martin is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the banking and financial sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Financial Programs at Rhode Island Commerce since April 2024, Martin previously held the positions of COO/CFO at Massachusetts Growth Capital Corporation from February 2012 to April 2024, and Vice President of Commercial Lending at both The First National Bank of Ipswich and Saugusbank. Martin's career includes significant tenures at TD Bank and Middlesex Savings Bank, as well as earlier roles as Senior Credit Officer at the Economic Stabilization Trust and Senior Credit Analyst at BancBoston Financial. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School.
