Karen Granoff

Karen Granoff is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in managed care and patient protection. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Managed Care at the Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association since July 2007, Karen previously held significant roles such as Director of the Office of Patient Protection at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and Manager of Member Appeals at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. Additional experience includes leadership positions in product integration and the Medical Groups Division at Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, as well as a role as a Health Care Policy Analyst at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brandeis University and an MBA in Health Care Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
