Leanne Banks is a seasoned administrative professional with extensive experience in supporting senior leadership and managing departmental operations. Currently serving as a Senior Administrative Assistant in Clinical Affairs at the Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association since January 2008, Leanne provides essential support to the Vice President and staff in Finance & Managed Care, coordinating meetings and facilitating member interactions. Previous roles include Team Leader and Administrative Manager at Verizon from March 1997 to February 2006, and Human Resources Manager and Administrative Support at NYNEX from September 1986 to March 1997. Leanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior & Communications from New York University, with earlier studies at Penn State University.
