David Hanifin

David Hanifin is a Senior Loan Officer and FHA MAP Underwriter at Massachusetts Housing Partnership. David has experience in lending, underwriting, and securing permanent financing for the development and preservation of affordable housing. Prior to this role, David worked at Rhode Island Housing as a Development Officer and at the Boston Redevelopment Authority as a Senior Project Manager. David also has a background in legal counsel, having worked at the Massachusetts State Ethics Commission and Boston Public Schools. David holds a JD from Boston University School of Law and a BS in Industrial Economics from Union College.
