My Nguyen

My Nguyen has a background in affordable housing and asset management, with experience at companies such as MHP, Hunt Capital Partners, and Boston Capital. With a BA in Sociology and Economics from Wesleyan University, My has specialized knowledge in LIHTCs and federal housing programs. My also served as an Assistant Buyer at La Garconne before transitioning into the housing development field at Valley Community Development Corporation. Currently, My serves as a Senior Portfolio Manager at MHP managing a diverse portfolio of multifamily assets across the US.
