Russ Cole

Russell Cole is an experienced project manager currently serving at Pella Windows and Doors of Southern New England since April 2002, specializing in the management of retail sales and installation of Pella products, as well as field service for repairs. In addition, Russell holds multiple coaching positions, including assistant baseball coach at Massachusetts Maritime Academy since September 2013 and previously at St. John Paul II High School from March 2017 to June 2021. Russell has also been involved with Team Mizuno USA Baseball, holding roles as President of Baseball Operations and head coach for various age groups from January 2011 to August 2020. Further coaching experience includes serving as head baseball coach at Rising Tide Charter School from March 2014 to June 2016. Earlier in career, Russell worked as a foreman/estimator at Hull Glass Plus from April 1997 to October 2001, and Russell's education includes military service in the United States Army from 1990 to 1994 and a high school diploma from Silver Lake Regional High School.
