Erin Maitland is a seasoned professional in higher education and community engagement, currently serving as the Senior Assistant Director of Community Outreach, Development, and Engagement at the University of Massachusetts Lowell since August 2014. Maitland has extensive experience in building career-connected learning opportunities and developing student internship programs at the Honors College. Earlier roles include the Assistant Director of Community Building and Transfer Coordinator at the same institution, where initiatives like the Honors College Leadership Circles and various community-building events were created.
