Lucy Wittenberg

Lucy Wittenberg is an experienced academic and transfer advisor and coach currently at Massachusetts Bay Community College since August 2021. Additionally, Lucy serves as an academic coach at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, providing support to first-year and first-generation students in the River Hawks Scholars program. A volunteer academic mentor at Quinsigamond Community College, Lucy advises students on course selection and career advice while emphasizing individualized support for academic and social-emotional learning. Previous roles include Director of Curriculum at Fayerweather Street School, where Lucy led student and teacher support initiatives, and Instructional Math Coach at Cambridge Public Schools, focusing on fostering independence and success among students. Lucy holds multiple educational credentials, including an Advanced College Student Advising Certification from Teachers College, Columbia University and a Master of Education from Lesley University.
