Tom Miliano

Tom Miliano has served as the Associate Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services at the University of Massachusetts Lowell since March 2005, overseeing a variety of campus functional programs and office operations, including security systems, transportation programs, and environmental health and safety compliance. Prior to this role, Tom held multiple leadership positions at the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority from 1986 to March 2005, culminating in the role of Director. Tom Miliano holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Merrimack College, earned between 1982 and 1986.
