Jane E Gagne, CPXP, is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in patient relations and compliance. Currently serving as the Manager of Accreditation and Education Compliance at the Massachusetts Medical Society since July 2019, Jane also holds the position of Director of Patient and Family Relations at Mount Auburn Hospital, where responsibilities include investigating complaints and advocating for patient needs. Previously, Jane worked as a Continuing Medical Education Consultant and Program Manager at CRICO/Risk Management Foundation, focusing on compliance and patient safety education.
