Stacey Compton-Maga

Stacey Compton-Maga is an experienced professional in events management and business consulting, currently serving as an Event and Development Specialist at the Massachusetts Municipal Association since July 2025, while also being the owner and consultant for On Another Level Enterprises since 1994. Previously, Stacey held key roles as Events Services Manager for the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority, where over 80 events were independently executed, and as a Senior Events Coordinator and Brand Manager at SEPHORA, managing over 200 events annually. With a solid foundation in human services and human resources management from Lesley University, Stacey has demonstrated expertise in strategic event planning, budget management, and team leadership across diverse organizations, including MAC Cosmetics and the US Environmental Protection Agency.
