Matthew J. Ide

Matthew Ide has extensive experience in energy finance and management, currently serving as Executive Director for Special Projects and Executive Director of Energy & Financial Markets at Massachusetts Municipal Wholesale Electric Company (MMWEC) since May 2013. In this role, Matthew Ide directs and coordinates MMWEC's activities in energy and financial markets, focusing on strategic policy development and operational implementation. Previous positions include Managing Director at Angus Energy, Senior Vice President of Energy Lending at Citizens Bank, Director of Energy Lending at UPS Capital, and Manager of Treasury Operations at Yankee Energy Systems.
