Eliza Haynes, CFA, currently serves as an Investment Officer at Massachusetts Pension Reserves Investment Management since September 2020, previously holding the title of Investment Analyst. Prior experience includes a two-year position as an Investment Fellow at the College of the Holy Cross, where responsibilities involved analyzing investment opportunities and conducting due diligence on investment managers. Earlier roles included an internship in the Investment Office at the College of the Holy Cross and as a Research Analyst Intern at 1949 Value Advisors LLC, where Eliza contributed to the development of socially responsible investment policies. Eliza's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the College of the Holy Cross, complemented by study at Harvard Extension School and institutions in Dublin and Bologna.
