John Fitzpatrick

John Fitzpatrick is a seasoned legal professional serving as a Legal and Governance Analyst at Massachusetts Pension Reserves Investment Management since February 2023. Prior to this, John worked as an Associate Attorney at Laredo & Smith, LLP from January 2021 to February 2023, and gained valuable experience as a Student Attorney at BC Law Clinic - Civil Litigation in early 2020. John began at Laredo & Smith, LLP as a Law Clerk and Summer Associate, where research and drafting of legal documents on issues such as defamation and negligence were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes an internship at the Massachusetts Appeals Court under Associate Justice Peter Agnes, Jr., and a leadership role as Editor In Chief of The Opportunist at Saint Joseph's University. John holds a Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Economics from Saint Joseph's University.

Massachusetts Pension Reserves Investment Management
