Jennifer Mehigan

Jennifer Mehigan has a diverse work experience with a focus on media relations. Jennifer started their career as a reporter for Bulletin Newspapers in 2003 and then worked as the Deputy Press Secretary for the City of Boston Mayor's Office from 2005 to 2008. From 2008 to 2013, they served as the Director of Media Relations for Boston EMS, overseeing all communications for the agency. In 2014, they joined the Massachusetts Port Authority and held roles such as Assistant Director and Acting Director of Media Relations. As the Director of Media Relations at Massachusetts Port Authority since 2017, they have been responsible for establishing positive relationships with reporters, managing staff, and coordinating media requests and responses.

Jennifer Mehigan graduated from Wheaton College Massachusetts in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. Jennifer then went on to pursue a Masters degree in Journalism at American University from 2002 to 2003.
