Jordana Westerman

Jordana Westerman is an experienced labor relations professional currently serving as the Manager of Labor Relations at Massachusetts Port Authority since December 2018. In this role, Jordana advises operating units on Collective Bargaining Agreements, drafts various legal documents, and conducts research to evaluate cases. Prior to this position, Jordana worked as Labor Counsel for the City of Boston from October 2016 to December 2018, where responsibilities included investigating policy violations, negotiating union agreements, and drafting legal reports.
