Stewart Dalzell

Deputy Director, Environmental Planning/permitting at Massachusetts Port Authority

Stewart Dalzell has extensive experience in environmental planning and permitting, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Environmental Planning/Permitting at Massachusetts Port Authority since August 2000, where responsibilities include MEPA/NEPA compliance for a network of three airports and the Port of Boston. Prior to this role, Stewart held the position of Vice President for Environmental Planning at Cortell Associates from 1997 to 2000 and worked as an Environmental Planner at Jason M. Cortell and Associates, Inc. from 1977 to 1997. Stewart earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Springfield College between 1972 and 1977.
