Alisua Masmela Zuñiga is a skilled project manager with extensive experience in construction engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at the Massachusetts School Building Authority since June 2020, Alisua oversees project schedules, budgets, and design reviews. Previously, as an Assistant Project Manager, Alisua supported the management of Massachusetts public school projects. Prior experience includes roles as a Construction Engineer at ESTRUCTURAS S.A., Technical Management Assistant at the Center for Research in Housing and Construction, and Civil Engineer at PML PROMELEC. Alisua holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from the Costa Rica Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering from the Tecnológico de Costa Rica.
