Deborah Bobek

Deborah Bobek has a diverse work experience starting in 1995 as an Analyst/Research Associate at Fidelity Investments. Deborah then transitioned to Tufts University in 2001 as the Managing Director of the Institute for Applied Research in Youth Development. Deborah'snext role was at the New England Aquarium in 2007, where they served as the Associate Vice President of Visitor Operations & Engagement until 2020. Most recently, Deborah joined MSPCA-Angell in 2021 as the Director of Operations for the Boston Animal Adoption Center and Community Clinic.

Deborah Bobek earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, Psychology, and Spanish from Tufts University in 1995. Deborah later completed a Master of Arts in Child Study and Human Development in 2001 and a Ph.D. in Child Study & Human Development, Political Science, and Urban & Environmental Policy & Planning in 2007, all from Tufts University.
