Rob Halpin is the Executive Director of Communications and Public Relations at MSPCA-Angell. Rob has also developed corporate, customer and product press releases, and managed customer success initiatives, bylined article development and executive speaking engagements. Prior to joining MSPCA-Angell, Rob was the Vice President at Version 2.0 Communications, where they were responsible for managing and growing client revenue in excess of $1 million annually. Rob also served on the senior management team and managed teams ranging in size from five to 10+ members. Rob has a proven track record of success in media relations, having secured standalone coverage of client news and goings-on with top-tier media outlets such as The Boston Globe, The Boston Herald, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Fortune, Forbes, etc., as well as top radio and television affiliates.

Rob Halpin has a Master of Public Administration from Alfred University.

They are on a team with Kara Holmquist - Director of Advocacy, Mike Keiley - Director of Adoption Centers & Programs, and Todd McCann - VP & Chief Financial Officer. Their manager is Neal Litvack, President.
