Stephen G. Pagliuca

Steve is Co-Chair of Bain Capital and serves as the global head of Bain Capital Private Equity’s technology, media, and telecommunications vertical and financial services vertical.

Steve is also the Managing General Partner and co-owner of the Boston Celtics, President of the Boston Celtics Shamrock Foundation, and serves on the Board of Bain Capital Children’s Charity.

He received a B.A. from Duke University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Steve served on the MSPCC Board from 1999 to 2017 and led the board for 14 years as Chair. He was named MSPCC’s first Board Emeritus in 2017.
