Susan Levine

Susan joined Bain Capital Private Equity in 2006. She is a Managing Director and Head of North America Private Equity HR & Talent Development.

Prior to joining Bain Capital Private Equity, Susan worked at Bain & Company on the consulting side and also served as Director of North America Marketing and Client Development. Previously, she worked in the global consulting practice of Barents Group.

Susan received an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MA from the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Spanish/International Affairs from Georgetown University.
