Daphne Phalon

Daphne Phalon is the President and Owner of Ardent Staffing Solutions, with nearly two decades of experience in the staffing industry. Prior to their current role, Daphne also served as the President of the Massachusetts Staffing Association and held leadership positions in companies such as The Job Center Staffing and United Personnel. Daphne also worked as an Independent Staffing Industry Consultant and held roles in Human Resources and Risk Management at The Davis Companies and The Key Program, Inc. Daphne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
