Steven Martins

Steven Martins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public service and administration. Currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer at the Massachusetts State Lottery since July 2015, Steven has previously held significant roles including Assistant Director/Regional Manager, Justice of the Peace for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and City Councilor in New Bedford. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Administration/Legislative Liaison at the Bristol County Retirement System, Operations at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development, and Coordinator at the Greater New Bedford Career Center. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, an Associate's degree from Bristol Community College, and a Graduate Certificate in Educational Policy from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
