Jim Zambrano

Jim Zambrano currently serves as the Director of External Affairs and Office Administration for the Massachusetts State Senate, under Senate President Karen E. Spilka, since May 2020. With a robust background in leadership roles across various organizations, Jim held positions such as Vice President at ACIS Educational Tours and Director at StudentUniverse, overseeing brand partnerships and land product development. Jim's career began at the American Council for International Studies, where a range of roles spanned from Marketing Coordinator to various leadership positions. An entrepreneur, Jim founded Scout Media Limited and served as CEO of First Abroad. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Northeastern University and further studies at Goldsmiths, University of London.
