Theodore Reimann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering, emergency management, and education. Currently serving as a Storage Engineer at Draper since January 2019, responsibilities include managing enterprise network and object storage systems as well as disaster recovery planning. As a Lieutenant/EMT for the Town of Dover since July 2008, duties involve managing fire personnel and training. Involvement with the Massachusetts Urban Search and Rescue Team as a Communications Specialist began in June 2022. Additional roles include Firefighter/EMT for the Town of Medfield and Principal at New England Radio Pros, providing consulting on radio systems. Theodore has held various positions in real estate and technical leadership, including Vice President at New Dover Associates and Technical Lead at Cable Matters. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in Psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. CompTIA Security+ certification is also held.

Massachusetts Task Force 1 (MA-TF 1) is one of 28 DHS/FEMA sponsored Urban Search and Rescue Teams. Sponsored by the City of Beverly, MA the team is comprised of volunteers from all 6 of the New England States. We have deployed to numerous natural and man-made disasters.
