Paul Malek

Paul Malek has been the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Massage Envy Franchising (MEF) since February 2017. He is responsible for managing all aspects of MEF’s financial planning and execution. Paul’s financial vision for MEF is to maintain its industry leadership through innovation and profitability growth. In addition to managing MEF’s financials, Paul also oversees People Operations, ensuring MEF employees and staff thrive in a culture that is reflective of company values. As an experienced CFO with a demonstrated history of working with multi-site businesses in various service industries including hospitality, education, health and wellness, Paul draws on extensive experience from successful financial positions at Arthur Andersen, LLC, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Troon Golf, and most recently prior to joining Massage Envy, the CFO of Cadence Education, Inc. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, including a triple major in Accounting, Finance and Business Economics, from the University of Arizona.
