Emily Beier serves as the Director of Service & Sales at Massage Retreat & Spa since August 2017 and concurrently holds the position of Center Manager at Ideal Image. Emily's previous experience includes serving as District Manager at Massage Retreat and Spa from December 2011 to January 2016, overseeing three locations with annual revenues exceeding one million dollars, and managing a team of 120 employees alongside a member base of over 3,000. Emily's career also includes a role as General Manager where a new Massage Retreat & Spa location was successfully launched, generating sales of over 1.2 million. Prior to these roles, Emily worked at Shiseido as a Cosmetic Manager from May 2007 to December 2011, where exceptional product knowledge and customer care were pivotal in achieving sales goals and organizing successful in-store events. Emily's educational background includes studies at Century College from 2000 to 2001.
