Melanie Barnes

Melanie Barnes has a diverse background in customer service and management, currently serving as a Service Desk Employee at Massage Retreat & Spa since July 2017. Previous roles include Agent Team Member at State Farm® for a brief period in late 2020, and a dual position as Human Resources/Manager at European Wax Center from June 2019 to October 2020. Prior experience also includes working as a Server at Red Robin from May 2016 to June 2017. Melanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications Studies from St. Catherine University, attended from 2016 to 2018, and previously studied at Winona State University from 2014 to 2016.
