Fabian Ugalde

Fabian Ugalde has over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting roles. Fabian most recently served as the Senior Director of Finance at MassChallenge, a global nonprofit organization that supports startups and innovators. Prior to that, they held positions such as Director of Finance at Despegar.com and Finance Controller at Synergex Corporation. Fabian also gained valuable experience as an Audit Associate at PwC México. Throughout their career, Fabian has demonstrated their expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and financial reporting. Fabian has successfully implemented strategies to reduce cyber fraud losses and has provided valuable insights through ad-hoc projects and analyses. Fabian is a highly skilled professional with a strong background in finance and a track record of driving financial success for organizations.

Fabian Ugalde completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a dual concentration in Marketing and LOT from the Questrom School of Business, Boston University from 2017 to 2019. Fabian also holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional.
