Xavi Jofre is an experienced advisor and mentor with a robust background in digital transformation, innovation, and business development across various sectors. Currently serving as an Advisor at Garage Stories and a Mentor and Start-up Competition Judge at MassChallenge, Xavi also holds the position of Strategic Advisor at Ready Venture One. Previous roles include Digital Transformation and Innovation Director at NEOM, where a digital transformation plan was designed, and Digital Transformation Director at Barcelona Health Hub, focusing on enhancing patient experience within the health ecosystem.
