Andrew Pelletier

Andrew joined MassDevelopment in November 2020 as a Specialist II and now serves as a Working Foreman. Andrew executes day to day operations and projects with crews at the Devens Department of Public Works (DPW) facility on Buena Vista Street in Devens. Prior to joining MassDevelopment, Andrew gained experience as a mechanic at the Westford Department of Public Works (DPW) and as a yard foreman at Landscape Express, running day-to-day operations. Andrew holds a Massachusetts Hoisting License 2A, 1C, and 4G and a Class B CDL. He holds certifications in FEMA IS 100 & 700, OSHA 10, MSHA Training, Trench Digging & Component Person, and Chainsaw & Chipper Safety through Tree Care Industry Association.
