Cynthia Tonucci

Cynthia Tonucci currently serves as Senior Vice President of Lending at MassDevelopment since August 2017, following a role as Vice President and Senior Credit Manager. Prior to MassDevelopment, Cynthia was Vice President and Loan Officer at Rockland Trust Company from August 2011 to August 2017, where responsibilities included developing client relationships and managing Asset Based Loans. Cynthia also held the position of Vice President and Account Executive at Webster Business Credit from February 2006 to July 2011, overseeing a portfolio of Asset Based Loans, and previously worked as a Commercial Lender III and Portfolio Manager at Citizens Bank in 2005. Cynthia earned an M.B.A. with a concentration in Accounting from Bentley University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Criminal Justice from Northeastern University.
