Emmanuel joined MassDevelopment in 2022 and serves as the Vice President of Commercial Lending for the West Region. In this role, Emmanuel provides lending solutions tailored to satisfy the financing needs of businesses, municipalities, and not-for-profit organizations operating within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Prior to joining MassDevelopment, Emmanuel gained experience as the Regional Lending Executive for Merchant Services, an Independent Sales Organization (ISO) for Wells Fargo. Most recently, Emmanuel held multiple lending roles at Bank of America and Citizens Bank. Emmanuel holds a Master's Degree in Leadership in Financial Markets from Northeastern University and a Master's Degree in Economics. Emmanuel also completed the required coursework for a Doctorate in Business Administration/Finance from Walden University.
