Justin Capuano is the Vice President of Commercial Lending for the North Region at MassDevelopment, a position held since 2024. Previously, Justin was the Vice President, Head of Production & Originations at UC Funds from 2017 to 2024. Justin’s earlier experience includes roles in Asset Management & Underwriting at Torchlight Investors in 2017, as well as Supply Chain & Sales Engineering at Mack Molding Company from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, Justin worked in Commercial Real Estate at Coldwell Banker Commercial during 2016-2017. Currently, Justin is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance at Siena College.
