Laura Marie Christopher

Laura Marie Christopher joined MassDevelopment in 2016 and serves as the Strategy and Innovation Officer. Her work at the Agency touches on several programs but always includes an emphasis on design thinking, data, community engagement, and place. She is a member of the Community Development division where she works to align statewide economic development priorities with practical and usable implementation strategies, programs, and financial products that advance equitable development. As part of this work, Laura facilitates collaborative research, planning, and design as well as the development of pilot programs and Agency offerings. She supports the coordinated use and layering of their and other public and private partner resources.
