Thomas C. Pope

Tom joined MassDevelopment in 2001 and serves as the asset manager for the Agency. Tom is responsible for the management & leasing of Devens leased properties, management of MassDevelopment regional offices, and property insurance claims. Prior to joining MassDevelopment, Tom was a property manager and leasing representative at Net Properties Management, Inc. (Net) for 18 years. The net was the real estate division of the New England Teamsters and Trucking Industry Pension Fund. Tom was responsible for1.6 a million square feet (SF) of retail shopping center space in New England and 1.2 million square feet in Florida as well as 180,000 square feet of first-class office space in Boston. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Bentley College.
