Tim Kelly has served the Devens Fire Department since 2004 as a firefighter and EMT. He was sworn in as Fire Chief in 2013 and also serves as the Director of Public Safety and Emergency Management for the Devens community. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Stonehill College.
