With over 10 years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry, William offers customer-focused Help Desk support including troubleshooting for users both onsite and remote. He provides services for telephone, email, computer systems applications, and hardware. William has a strong ability to effectively multitask and to perform with a sense of urgency for rapid issue resolution. He provides training deploys and sets up new/existing end-users with all workspace equipment.
