Massey General Contractors has experience in many sectors of the construction industry. We have been in development and construction for 20+ years. After many years of building senior living projects, we have developed a deep knowledge of senior living construction aspects such as handicap accessibility, fire walls, badged access areas, camera locations, ease of operational doors and appliances, etc. We have built memory care and assisted living facilities, 'flex space' warehouses, market rate apartments, retail strips, quick service restaurants, spec homes and more. Having a diverse range of experience helps us to analyze plans, offer suggestions, and implement the owner/architect’s vision with minimal change orders. This allows us to bid projects at a competitive level.
