Lynne Frederick

Lynne joined Massey Services in 2003 as the Director of Marketing for the GreenUP Landscape division. She was promoted to Vice President of Marketing in 2004 and was responsible for both the Marketing and Customer Care departments. In 2009, Lynne was also named President of Massey Communications, the company’s Advertising and Public Relations firm. In her current role, Lynne is Senior Vice President, Marketing and oversees all Marketing aspects of the business.

Lynne has an extensive background in marketing and has worked in a variety of consumer services industries. She began her career at General Electric where she held a progression of increasingly responsible marketing positions in all areas of marketing management including advertising, planning and development, research, sales and product development. Lynne joined Ford Consumer Credit Corporation as Strategic Planning Manager responsible for acquisition integration. After moving to Florida in 1993, Lynne held senior marketing management positions at Sears Home Services, Time Warner Communications and Sears Termite and Pest Control.

Lynne holds three Bachelor’s Degrees from the University of New Hampshire, earned a MBA degree from the University of New Haven and initiated her Ph.D. at the University of London. Lynne has also completed the Harvard Business School Executive Education Program “Strategic Marketing Management.” Lynne previously served on the board of Kids House of Seminole County and the board for the Orlando Ballet.
