Yolanda Ruiz-Klopfer

Yolanda Ruiz-Klopfer has over 30 years of work experience in the career and employment field. Yolanda started their career in 1989 as an Employment Specialist at the Department of Employment and Training, where they worked until 1996. During this time, they gained valuable experience in assisting individuals with finding employment opportunities. In 1996, they joined MassHire Holyoke Career Center and held two important roles: Director of Business Services and Employer Accounts Dept Manager. Their responsibilities included overseeing the business services department and managing employer accounts. Yolanda's expertise and experience make their a valuable asset in the career and employment industry.

Yolanda Ruiz-Klopfer obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Holyoke Community College in 2002. Yolanda also completed additional certifications in "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging" and "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn in February 2021.
