Debbie Lipton, MS, ACRW, CPRW, MBTI, is an experienced career counselor and principal of Lipton Career Management, providing customized career counseling and job search coaching since February 2013. Currently serving at MassHire Metro North Career Center, Debbie supports clients across diverse roles and industries, offering expertise in career exploration, networking, and job market access. Previous roles include advisory board member at the Institute for Career Transitions and youth director at the South Shore Workforce Investment Board. With a Master of Science in Human Resources Counseling from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology from Brandeis University, Debbie is also a skilled public speaker and facilitator, presenting workshops for job seekers in transition.
