Mark Houlihan possesses significant experience in career resource facilitation, having worked at MassHire Metro North Career Center since October 2017 as a Resource Room Facilitator. Responsibilities include developing relationships with various stakeholders, conducting customer assessments, providing referrals, and facilitating access to employment services. Prior to this role, Mark managed the Career Resource Library at The Career Place and Middlesex Community College from 1997 to October 2017, where duties encompassed workshop facilitation, customer assistance in job searches, and management of library interns. Mark’s expertise is supported by educational credentials in Mental Health and Social Services from Middlesex Community College and Lesley University, respectively. Additionally, Mark held the position of Head Cashier at Middlesex Community College Bookstore from 1988 to 1997.
