Maureen R. McAllister, CPM COS, has extensive experience in asset and portfolio management within the housing sector, currently serving as Portfolio Manager at MassHousing since 1997, overseeing a portfolio of 45 market/mixed income loans with a focus on senior and supportive housing. Previous roles at MassHousing include managing senior housing rental properties and expanding supportive senior services. Prior to their tenure at MassHousing, McAllister held significant positions at MHFA, including Supportive Services Program Manager and Asset Management Officer, where responsibilities included policy development and overseeing the management of distressed multifamily properties.
