Gregory Watson is an experienced professional in real estate lending and community development, currently serving as the Origination Manager at MassHousing since June 2008, where involvement includes shaping the agency's vision for the Rental Business Development division. Prior to this role, Gregory served as the Manager of Planning and Programs for the City of Watertown from April 2002 to June 2008, as the Director of Community Development & Planning for the City of Malden from February 1999 to April 2002, and held the position of City Planner for the City of Peabody, MA, from 1996 to 1999.
